Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Rail / Transport), Business Administration, Infrastructure Management, or equivalent. MBA or international business qualification preferred. 15–20+ years of
experience
in railway consulting, contracting, or related infrastructure sectors. Proven success in international business development and global project acquisition. Demonstrated
experience
working with multilateral funded projects and international clients.
