Hands-on R&D Architect

Hands-on R&D Architect 

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Architect with a strong Full Stack development background to design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines solid software engineering expertise with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into functional prototypes. 

Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal  
• Strong hands-on experience with Python  
• Solid experience with C# / .NET  
• Experience working with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party service integrations  
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and basic data modeling  
• Experience with React/TypeScript or similar technologies, with the ability to build functional internal UIs  
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and basic CI/CD practices  
• Strong prototyping skills and ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions  
• Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work across the technology stack

  

Nice-to-haves 

• Experience designing AI-powered applications or internal tools  
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP)  
• Experience integrating multiple AI models and third-party services  
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and modern software development practices  
• Experience working in an R&D, innovation, or rapid prototyping environment

  

Core Responsibilities 

• Act as a hands-on R&D Architect, combining architectural thinking with strong software development skills  
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions and internal tools  
• Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI services  
• Design and implement AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and supporting services  
• Develop backend services and integrations using Python and C#/.NET  
• Build functional internal UIs using React/TypeScript or similar technologies  
• Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and third-party services  
• Work with SQL/PostgreSQL and contribute to data modeling and solution design  
• Leverage AWS/Azure and CI/CD practices to support prototypes and production-ready solutions  
• Rapidly validate technical concepts, identify viable approaches, and turn ideas into working prototypes  
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
