, where you will mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs. As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between students and the academy, ensuring they receive the right support, resources, and motivation to succeed in their e-commerce journey.
Key Responsibilities:

– Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team.

Student Management
– Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of
100 students
to ensure their progress.

Live Sessions & Guidance
– Conduct live calls to track student progress and address their challenges.
✅
E-commerce Strategy Sharing
– Provide insights on
sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization
.

Community Building
– Foster a supportive environment that encourages networking and collaboration.

Remote Work & Flexibility
– Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
✔
E-commerce Knowledge
– Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and inventory management.

Mentorship Skills
– Ability to guide and motivate students to stay on track and achieve their goals.

Communication Skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
✔
Experience in E-commerce
– Prior experience in selling or managing e-commerce businesses is a plus.

Tech-Savvy
– Comfortable using tools for communication, including Zoom, WhatsApp, and learning platforms.
