Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.
We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.
Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
As our
you'll be both a strategic owner and hands-on operator responsible for building of Prosper's most important unowned growth levers.
As we expand to four products and surpass $70M ARR, there is significant opportunity to improve how clients move through their journey with Prosper: from first engagement through scheduling, assessment to therapy transition, therapy retention, and reactivation. You'll bring structure to this opportunity by identifying the biggest growth opportunities, developing the strategy and systems to address them, and building an engine that supports clients throughout their entire lifecycle and scales with the business.
This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of
. You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to understand where clients are getting stuck in their journey with Prosper. Then, you’ll size each opportunity, determine the highest-impact interventions, and action those insights into measurable improvements.
. You'll have autonomy to define the strategic roadmap, establish the operating model, build the underlying systems, and ultimately determine how Engagement & Retention evolves as a core growth function.
You'll thrive in this role if you're
in strategy, consulting, growth marketing, product, business operations, and/or another highly analytic operating role. You’ve worked at a high growth consumer start-up. You may have started in consulting or investment banking and are now a product marketer, growth product manager, or other highly analytical + customer oriented strategic operator.
You build structure to make experimentation fast and repeatable. You can take an ambiguous growth question, structure it, identify the key drivers, and determine where to focus.
You are ready to build a function from scratch, setting the strategic direction, owning the outcomes end-to-end, identifying the right inputs and levers to achieve our goals. You are ready to own everything from the long term strategy to the cross-functional problem/solution diagnosis to the execution of a single email.
You’re excited by the chance to make meaningful, category-defining work that improves access to care.
Our culture is a unique mix of thoughtfulness, kindess, and high-performance. We set ambitious goals and hold ourselves accountable to achieving them.
We always ensure that we integrate perspectives from experts in our space, including clinicians and autistic self-advocates.
Our team members come from places such as Bain, McKinsey, BCG, FirstHand Health, Rula, SeatGeek, Benchling, and schools like Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Yale, Penn, Dartmouth, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, and more.
Here are a few of our favorite operating principles:
Our job is to solve real problems for our clients. Choose what makes life better for the client, even if it’s harder for us. Never lose sight of the person on the other side.
We use ingenuity, scrappiness, and determination to bend the world to accomplish our goals. We’re resourceful and do more with less.
We grow deliberately, by asking how things can improve and by giving and seeking feedback. We insist on the highest standards and keep pushing them higher.
