. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and coordinating travel for groups, including family reunions, corporate retreats, school trips, sports teams, social organizations, and special events.

No previous travel industry experience is required.
As a Remote Group Travel Coordinator, you will:
Consult with group organizers to understand travel needs, budgets, and timelines.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and group travel options.
Prepare customized travel proposals and itineraries.
Coordinate reservations with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel suppliers.
Assist with rooming lists, payment schedules, and travel documentation.
Maintain accurate booking records and client communications.
Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
Participate in training and professional development.
