The Financial Reporting & Control (FRC) team is responsible for the day to day bookkeeping and financial reporting of Tide’s India entities. The team ensures the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the India entities’ financial results, working closely with FP&A, Treasury, Risk and the wider business to support Tide’s continued growth.
As the Group Financial Controller within the FRC team, you will lead a team of Financial Controllers responsible for the financial results of Tide’s India’s entities. You will play a central role in partnering with business and product teams to support the development of new products and the design of robust back-end accounting processes, while driving forward Tide’s finance transformation agenda - including the automation of financial processes and the deployment of AI across the finance team.
Given the scale of Tide’s high-growth insurance intermediary and lending businesses, strong technical expertise in lending accounting and provisioning under IFRS 9 is essential. You will lead the response to external auditors and tax authorities, and regularly prepare and present financial information to senior stakeholders
