Job Title: Graphic & Digital Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic & Digital Designer to support our growing creative needs across branding, marketing, and digital platforms. This role includes logo creation, social media graphics, report layout design, and website mockups. The ideal candidate brings a strong visual aesthetic, a polished and professional design style, and the ability to adapt to multiple client brands. This individual must be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines across multiple projects, and collaborating with a U.S.-based team in a fast-paced agency environment. We are looking for someone who can balance creativity with structure — designing visually compelling assets that also accommodate complex content and strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logos and brand identity elements (color palettes, typography systems, visual guidelines).
- Create social media graphics and videos in Canva.
- Create digital ads and campaign visuals.
- Design professional reports, brochures, and long-form layout documents.
- Develop high-fidelity website mockups in Figma.
- Create homepage and subpage website designs with strong UX hierarchy.
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems.
- Ensure consistency across digital and print materials.
- Prepare production-ready files for web and print.
- Create presentation graphics and pitch materials.
- Assist with light photo editing and visual asset preparation.
- Adapt existing client brands into refreshed marketing materials.
- Contribute new creative ideas and visual concepts to elevate agency work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic and/or digital design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (required).
- Experience designing logos and full brand identity systems (ideal but not required).
- Experience creating long-form layout designs (reports, brochures, case studies).
- Experience designing social media and digital marketing graphics.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for content-heavy layouts while maintaining visual clarity.
- Experience designing responsive website mockups.
- Strong file organization and production standards.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
- Familiarity with responsive grid systems.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience working with brand style guides.
- Experience designing in economic development, government, or professional services industries (a plus but not required).
- Motion graphics or light animation experience (a plus but not required).
