We are seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer
to join our growing team at Finovest Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual design portfolio, a keen understanding of branding, and a passion for creating compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and digital teams to create visuals for both digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website elements, promotional materials, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and newsletters.
- Design and maintain the company website and landing pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring designs are aligned with the company’s vision and message.
- Produce high-quality graphics for social media, digital platforms, and email campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of branding materials such as logos, style guides, and corporate presentations.
- Review and revise design drafts based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in graphic design, preferably in the financial services or corporate sector.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with experience in other design tools a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across multiple channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and take constructive feedback.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
