Graphic Design/Sr Graphic Design - Freelance

We’re looking for an experienced freelance Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer who can step in quickly and transform complex scientific and clinical content into clear, engaging visual learning experiences. This role requires a designer with experience in the life sciences industry who understands the precision, pace, and high standards involved in developing educational materials for pharmaceutical and biotech audiences.

Working closely with our Education and Training team, you’ll help bring established concepts and content to life through polished, engaging presentations. Our content, learning, and creative team members will provide the strategic and scientific direction, while you use strong visual storytelling, thoughtful information hierarchy, and attention to detail to translate that direction into effective design. You’ll collaborate throughout the process, incorporate feedback, follow client brand standards, and adapt as project needs evolve.  The right candidate will be ready to contribute immediately and confidently manage work in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Create engaging print and digital designs and/or produce new deliverables based on existing client-approved designs. Translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling visuals and utilize visual aids to enhance understanding and engagement. Revise, edit, and update design deliverables as required to completion 
• Collaborate with Team Members to understand business objectives, client needs, and messaging
• Ensure consistency in brand and design elements across all presentations 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporate these trends into the work product
