The Global Size Data Analyst drives size productivity and inventory optimization through impactful analytics, dashboards, and reporting that enhance size signal accuracy and grid performance. Operating within the Digital Sizing & Analytics pillar, this role translates data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform size grid strategies across Merchandising, Sales, and Planning. The Analyst serves as a key partner to AI/ML initiatives — validating machine learning size profiles, supporting model development, and ensuring data quality standards that enable scalable, high-quality sizing products across the business.

About the Job

• Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track size curve accuracy, grid productivity, and inventory performance. Produce analysis that drives meaningful business discussions and supports both pre-season planning and in-season decision-making.

• Data Infrastructure & Governance: Build and maintain data pipelines to support regular and ad-hoc analytical needs. Partner with the data governance team to identify data quality gaps and provide clear, actionable recommendations to ensure sizing data products meet business requirements.

• Size Grid Strategy: Leverage data and statistical framework to measure and track productivity of size offerings. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Allocation, and Planning to deliver effective size grid productivity tracking dashboards that maximize inventory investment returns.

• AI/ML Support: Validate machine learning profile accuracy and provide structured feedback to data scientists to improve model performance. Participate in user acceptance testing for digital sizing tools and contribute to the broader AI/ML development roadmap.

• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Craft clear, data-driven narratives for a range of stakeholders — from operational teams to senior leadership — to inform both short and long term business decisions. Align sizing deliverables with GTM milestones and communicate proactively across functions.

• Sizing Tool Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert on sizing tools and systems. Train users and provide support to ensure consistent adoption and effective use across teams.

About You

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics, merchandising, demand planning, inventory management, or a comparable analytical role. Prior exposure to ML or data science workflows is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Required proficiency with SQL or Python for data querying and analysis. High proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and data processing platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Looker). Experience with or the ability to quickly learn enterprise systems including PLM, SAP, SGMT, and SizePro.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with a high degree of ownership. Ability to synthesize quantitative data from multiple sources into coherent, business-relevant conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build clear narratives from complex data and adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with diverse partners across global teams.
