Requirements

Job Description

o  All
Financial, & Office management work related to e-Telecom Transformation
(eTT) centre an Independent Business Vertical of CDOT.
o  To
assist the eTT centre/Senior management in day-to-day finance related
activities.
o  Working
in accordance with GFR/ CCS/CCA/Govt of India rules as far as they are
applicable to C-DoT and OMs/Circulars as issued from time to time.
o  To
provide the financial information/report etc. required by the DoT/ CDoT.
o  Follow
up with DoT for arrangements of funds.
o  To
prepare reports, MIS, dashboards using MS office utilities like power point
presentations, drafts, notes, circulars, spreadsheets, reports, etc.o  To prepare daily update reports,
draft minutes of meeting and presentations for monitoring by government/project
officials related to financial Matter.
o  To
work as a project enabler and facilitator among the internal/external
stakeholders.

o  To assist the department in inter
departmental communication and liaising with the concerned stakeholders.
o  To
do regular follow-ups with the CDOT and other stakeholders on the pending
files.

o  To recommend value proposition to
the customer in the administrative activities.
o  Qualification
: Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent.
o  Experience
: Suitable officials retiring/retired from Govt/PSU having 20+ years of
handling Finance related works dealing with files and note sheets.
o  15
years working experience in Ministry/Department/PSU of Govt of India in the
field of Administrative /Finance as mentioned above. Preference will be given
to officers worked in the finance wing of Telecom/ Technological /Scientific
Sector or Ministry /Department.
o  Preference
: Very good knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel.

Key Expectations

o  Must have good
communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
o  Must
have good experience of working with documentation tools like MS-Office.
o  Should
be proficient in Administrative/ Management/ coordination work/ Protocol works
o  Data
Collection, data collation and generate MIS reports from the consolidated
database.
o  Must
have worked in an environment having multiple stakeholders, particularly in
Government departments.
o  Experience
of office co-ordination, communication management, Drafting Minutes of Meeting,
Drafting formal reports, etc.

o  Retired officer in
level 11 (Minimum) in the pay matrix or equivalent from central Govt /States
Govt/ PSU.
