As a GCP FullStack - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, combining technical skills with creative thinking to deliver exceptional software products and solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in the design, coding, and testing of applications to enhance user experiences
- Utilizing technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET to develop robust applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to optimize system performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards and performance
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
- Promoting the adoption of modern software development methodologies and tools across teams
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development within the team
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement through software innovation and technology solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies in software projects
- Developing applications using Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture for client solutions
- Leading teams in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring junior staff in software development
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting environments

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.

- 5+ years of hands-on GCP experience.

- Deep proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux Toolkit, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend development in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Extensive experience designing REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, Apigee, Cloud Endpoints, and serverless patterns.

- Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Firestore, API Gateway, Cloud CDN, Identity Platform, IAM.

- Experience with asynchronous task processing (Celery) and event streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, and Firebase Hosting.

- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Cloud Run).

- Strong understanding of application security (Identity Platform, IAM, Cloud KMS, Cloud Armor) and cloud governance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.

- Prior experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
