About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fund Operations Associate with 2–4 years of hands-on
experience
in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations. The ideal candidate must have solid
experience
in client account opening, back-office operations, trade settlements, and reconciliations. Familiarity with WealthSpectrum is mandatory. Prior team-handling
experience
and a strong sense of ownership are essential. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, adherence to SEBI regulations, and delivery of high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end PMS operations including trade execution support, settlements, reconciliations, and NAV computation. Perform daily reconciliation of client portfolios, bank accounts, and custodian records. Ensure timely and accurate portfolio valuation and performance reporting. Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund accountants, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations. Prepare and review client reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Monitor corporate actions, dividend processing, and ensure timely expense accounting. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Support client onboarding and account setup, including documentation. Take ownership of assigned deliverables with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Guide and supervise junior team members—prior team management

2–4 years of relevant
experience
in PMS or AIF operations. Strong understanding of PMS workflows, SEBI regulatory framework, and back-office processes. Proven
experience
in client account management and operational execution. Familiarity with PMS architecture and how various systems integrate within the PMS operational framework. Proficient in WealthSpectrum – mandatory. Strong command of Excel (advanced level) and exposure to fund accounting tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or a related field. MBA/CFA Level 1+ is a plus. Preferred Attributes Prior
experience
in a PMS firm, RIA, or asset management company. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and manage tasks independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
