Functional Consultant Internship

Understand Business Processes. A functional consultant needs to gain as much knowledge as possible about current business processes and the design of current business flows. Determine Client Needs. Configure the application in alignment with business needs. Ensure Usability. Engaging with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements. Preparing and presenting demonstrations of Zoho/CoreERP features and addressing and overcoming technical objections that arise throughout the sales process. Helping prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies. Driving the entire project more like an account manager. Delivering the entire project using agile methodology. Working with the team to create activities (e.g. identifying and handling key customer technical questions and objections) to develop strategies, resolve technical impediments, and scope out-migration workloads.
