Xuman.AI is hiring a Full Stack Engineer. Remote. Immediate joiners.

Xuman.AI is an operating system that turns content into instant booking, designed for human-led services.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into system. Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder‘s vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder‘s previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

This is the widest seat on the team. You are not scoped to layer. In a given week, you might build the screen, the endpoint behind it, the model call inside it, and the migration underneath it.

• What you‘ll own:

- Features end to end: the interface, the API, the data model, shipped as piece

- AI inside the product: model calls in real features, the prompts around them, and what happens when the model is slow, wrong or down

- Whatever the week actually needs, across the app, the web surfaces and the services

- Your own unblocking: you do not wait for a specialist to finish your work

• Must have:

- Production full-stack TypeScript: React on the front, Node or NestJS behind it

- You have shipped an AI feature real users touched: a model call, a tool-calling flow, or retrieval that survived contact with production

- PostgreSQL and clean API design: you model the data, you do not just consume it

- Fast ramp on unfamiliar codebases: you ship in week

- 3 to 5 years of experience across startups and corporate, internships count

- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.

• Strong plus:

- Next.js, Tailwind, and design-system discipline

- Third-party integrations that are not allowed to break: payments, calendars, notifications

- React Native or any mobile exposure

- Prompt and eval discipline: you can show a model change made the feature better

- CI and deploy hygiene

- Product sense: you ask who the user is before you build the screen
