As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. • Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and product quality.
  - Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
  - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  - Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
  - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
  - Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
