• What you’ll do:

• As a Senior Software Engineer in the Rfleet team, you will help build Regnology’s secure platform for running and managing AI agents. 

• You will work across the full stack, developing user-facing features with React and TypeScript and backend services with Java and Quarkus. 

• You will design reliable APIs, real-time integrations and intuitive workflows for managing agent lifecycles, conversations, permissions and access. 

• You will contribute to a secure, cloud-native architecture running on Google Cloud, where isolation, auditability and least-privilege access are fundamental. 

• You will create and maintain automated tests and take responsibility for quality from design through production. 

•  You will collaborate in an international, agile team and help shape both the product and its technical direction.

• Why we should decide on you:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. 

•  You have strong practical experience with Java and TypeScript or JavaScript. 

• You have experience building modern web applications and APIs. Knowledge of React, Quarkus or similar frameworks is an advantage. 

• You care about simple design, clean code, automated testing and maintainable solutions. 

•  You are comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and can critically evaluate their output to improve your productivity without compromising quality. 

• Experience with GCP or another cloud platform, Terraform, Shell scripting, Jenkins or Linux is beneficial but not required. You are willing and able to learn these technologies as part of the role. 

•  You have a hands-on mentality, communicate proactively and take ownership of solutions from idea to operation. 

• You enjoy learning, giving and receiving feedback, and working in an international team on an evolving product.
