About the Role :
Differenz System Pvt. Ltd is looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining web applications end-to end, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable, high-quality software. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in JavaScript full-stack development and is looking to grow into more advanced ownership of features and systems
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, and integrate frontend components with backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack, from UI rendering problems to backend performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile development team.
- Work with version control systems (Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
Required Skills &
* **Qualifications :**
- 2 years of professional experience developing applications with Node.js and React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming concepts (Promises, async/await).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of React fundamentals: components, hooks, state management, and the component lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of software development fundamentals: data structures, debugging, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :
- Exposure to TypeScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or containerization (Docker).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
