Full-Stack AI Architect

NeoWork is an AI-first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. We build embedded teams for fast-growing companies in tech, healthcare, gaming, and ecommerce.

We are hiring a Full-Stack AI Architect to own our partner's AI-native client systems end-to-end. That means architecture, production code, deployment, and iteration. You take ambiguous problems directly from the founder and architect the solution. You don't wait for fully scoped tickets. You question scope, challenge assumptions, and propose better approaches.

Systems run on agentic operating platforms and internal MCP-based knowledge tools. Requirements shift often, so you design for flexibility and move fast. You own the technical decisions that determine whether clients get real value or a proof of concept that never ships.

This is an architecture and implementation role. You translate business problems into technical solutions and make sure those solutions work at scale.

• Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-native systems end-to-end, from architecture through production
• Write production code in Node.js and Python, and build interfaces in React and TypeScript
• Own deployment on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines that support fast iteration
• Build agentic systems using LLM tool-use, MCP, and agent runtimes
• Work directly with the founder to define problems and shape the approach
• Document your work so the team can build on it

Requirements

• 8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with solid CI/CD fundamentals
• Real production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns
• Experience in small teams or startup environments where you owned the full stack
• Comfort with ambiguity. You move without waiting for perfect requirements
• Willingness to push back. If an approach doesn't make sense, you say so

Salary: Up to PHP 125,000 based on skills and experience.
