Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as an HR Professional or Generalist with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations.

Payment Structure: Hourly-based payments - The HR Consultant will be compensated on an hourly basis for work completed on both FyerX's internal HR operations and potential external client staffing requirements. Competitive hourly rates aligned with industry standards and experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for internal FyerX roles and specific client staffing projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  

• Develop, implement, and streamline remote-first HR policies, onboarding workflows, and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for freelance and full-time personnel.
  

• Maintain comprehensive employee and freelancer records, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents are up-to-date and securely managed.
  

• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives by facilitating regular check-ins, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive remote work culture.
  

• Administer payroll inputs, manage leave tracking, and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from internal teams and freelance consultants.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience, demonstrating strong capabilities in both recruitment and general HR administration for corporate clients or agencies.
  

• Solid hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to efficiently manage talent pipelines and employee data.
  

• In-depth understanding of standard recruitment practices, remote work compliance, and general employment best practices.
  

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  

• Strategic problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving talent bottlenecks and improving overall organizational culture.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple HR initiatives independently and coordinate effectively with a fully remote team.
