Founding Videographer

What You Will Do Own video and content end to end: concept, shoot, edit, ship. Build social content across platforms from reels, explainers and testimonials. Cover events on the ground: open days, community events, and everything else worth showing up for. Build the content system and templates a future team can run on. What Success Looks Like (6 Months) A steady publishing cadence is live across at least two social platforms. A body of film is shot and shipped, including at least one explainer and one story-led piece per month. Major company milestones and community events documented and published, not just filmed and forgotten. You Are a Good Fit If You can take a film from idea to final cut yourself, shooting and editing. You can translate science, tech, and data into something that feels human without dumbing it down. You have an instinct for what grabs attention, and know how to point at it. You move comfortably between slow, considered brand work and fast, iterative performance creative. Valuable but Not Required You run or have run your own content or social presence: creator, micro-influencer, or similar, and know that world from the inside.

Experience

making content for health, wellness, or science brands. Comfortable being the face of a piece of content yourself if the story calls for it. What You'll Get Ownership of the story for a test already published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology and covered in Scientific American and New Scientist. You will be telling a story the press already wants. ESOPs in a pre-revenue company backed by Accel, collaborating with UCL, Narayana Health, and Medical Detection Dogs.
