Founding Full Stack Software Engineer (MERN)

• Compensation: ₹4L – ₹7L

The Role

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer (MERN), you’ll own end-to-end delivery of major features across frontend and backend. You’ll work alongside our CTO (ex-Amazon, Microsoft) and product leads (IIT/IIM) to ship a scalable, secure, and fast B2B and B2C applications.

Must-have

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience building modern cloud-based Saas solutions in production

• Build and maintain core product modules using React, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB
• Solid API design skills (auth, pagination, idempotency, error models)
• Hands-on with AWS (serverless preferred) and cloud-native patterns
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability for a global user base- Experience with distributed systems basics: queues, retries, rate limits, observability

• Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, chat, automations)

Nice-to-have

• Strong background in building AI-first web applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic) : tool calling, structured outputs, evals, safety guardrails

• Experience with DynamoDB (single-table or well-structured multi-table) and data modeling

• Experience with serverless architectures and working knowledge of vector DBs and RAG.

• Agentic workflow experience: planners/executors, long-running tasks, event-driven orchestration
• Experience with media pipelines (TTS, video/audio processing, manifests, CDN delivery)
