Summary: The Founder's Office role is a strategic, high-impact position responsible for supporting the executive leadership team in driving organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term growth. This role serves as a central coordination hub across key functions including Human Resources, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Financial Operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Acting as a trusted partner to the founders, this individual will play a critical role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling scalable operations. The position demands a unique blend of analytical rigor, interpersonal acuity, and business acumen, making it essential to the foundation and evolution of the company’s operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between HR, supply chain, finance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Manage vendor onboarding, performance tracking, contract renewals, and offboarding processes with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality. Maintain and analyze HR-related data, including employee records, onboarding timelines, and compliance documentation using advanced Excel functions. Lead supply chain optimization efforts by monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times and costs. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other data tools to support strategic decision-making. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational issues. Support the implementation of HR policies, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Identify and recommend process improvements across departments to increase efficiency and scalability. Assist in managing founder-level calendars, travel logistics, meeting prep, and documentation for board and investor engagements.

Requirements:

Proven

experience

in operations, HR, supply chain, or executive support with a minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros), data modeling, and dashboard creation. Demonstrated success in vendor coordination, contract management, and performance evaluation. Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and compliance (e.g., labor laws, recordkeeping).

Experience

in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, or logistics is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational and time management

skills

with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment. Excellent written and verbal communication

skills

with a professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives to completion. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
