Maintenance Technician Trainee – Fix It Forward Interest Form
Interested in starting a career in apartment maintenance? Morgan Properties’ Fix It Forward program is a paid training opportunity designed to help you build the skills needed for a future full-time Maintenance Technician role.
This program is a great fit for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and interested in hands-on work. No previous apartment maintenance experience is required. Participants receive training in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, unit turns, grounds, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests.
About the Program
Fix It Forward is an earn-while-you-learn training program that typically lasts 3–6 months. Trainees learn directly from experienced maintenance professionals while gaining real-world experience at of our apartment communities.
Morgan Properties also covers the cost of EPA and CPO certifications for program participants.

We are looking for individuals who are:
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learnComfortable with hands-on work indoors and outdoorsInterested in building a long-term career in property maintenanceAble to work well with a team and support residentsAble to maintain a valid driver’s license, which is required for maintenance roles
Compensation
Fix It Forward offers competitive starting pay, with increases as training milestones are completed and skills continue to develop.
