We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our lean finance team to run the finance strategy and operations for company. This role reports to the Finance Lead where you work close to the company founders and core team. In this role you will have a front row seat to the entire business. You will learn how a fast growing startup runs - financial planning, execution, tracking performance and financial reporting.
Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience post qualification (Big4, BDO, GT preferred)
Knowledge of financial reporting principles including US GAAP
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate through unstructured and ambiguous problems and create SOPs to build a scalable finance function
Hands on user of AI tools to improve productivity
Ownership Accountability of your responsibilities
Self-learning attitude and a true go-getter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision
