Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in international regions. The day-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The Gurgaon Office Operates Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
* Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
* Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
* Maintaining historical records for all transactions.
* Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.
* Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.
* Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
* Prepare financial reports.
* Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).
* Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
* Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Requirements
* Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.
* Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Flexible to work in shift.
* Eye for detail.
