Serve as the primary technical resource and Emerson representative for assigned customer locations.
Build strong customer partnerships through consistent engagement, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
Deliver training and technical guidance to customer personnel on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
Support the installation, modification, maintenance, commissioning, startup, and repair of control systems and related equipment.
Provide technical consultation and recommendations to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve technical challenges using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis methodologies.
Develop, update, and improve maintenance procedures, quality processes, and operational practices.
Support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including engineering support, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), installation, commissioning, startup, testing, and customer support.
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, technical findings, and customer recommendations.
Champion a culture of safety and ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of engineering, field service, operations, maintenance, automation, or technical support experience within industrial, utility, manufacturing, water/wastewater, power generation, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and operational issues within complex systems.
Experience with or willingness to learn skills leading and implementing engineering solutions for DCS and SCADA projects.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.
Ability and willingness to travel regionally up to 75% to support customer projects and service activities.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 annually + OT, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
