Assist with maintaining and auditing DEI and ENG resources, including company intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels.
Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, including volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs for Employee Network Groups.
Help develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances, and DEI initiatives
Complete administrative tasks
Collect data from the Employee Network Group events
Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming
Assist with sourcing, vetting, and curating specific content for diverse subjects requested by various AEG Departments
The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint specifically
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
