Executive Store – Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials. Verify material delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records. Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials like cement, steel, aggregates, tools, and consumables. Issue materials to site as per approved material requisitions. Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, and re-order requirements. Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and accounts departments. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with records. Handle return, rejection, and damage of materials. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

& Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction materials and store procedures.

Experience

in ERP / SAP / inventory management software (preferred). Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently at project sites.
