Job Title: Performance Test Engineer (2–4 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Performance Test Engineer

with 2–4 years of experience in performance testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

JMeter (mandatory)

, along with exposure to

LoadRunner or NeoLoad

, and strong expertise in analyzing application performance across enterprise systems such as

SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft 365

.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing various non-functional performance tests including load, stress, and endurance testing, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using

Apache JMeter (must-have)

.

• Create and maintain scripts using

LoadRunner or NeoLoad

for different protocols.

• Perform

Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing

for critical applications.

• Execute performance test scenarios and analyze system behavior under varying workloads.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools like:

Grafana

AppDynamics

• Other APM/monitoring tools

• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations to development and infrastructure teams.

• Work on enterprise applications such as

SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft 365 systems

.

• Develop scripts using multiple protocols such as:

HTTP/HTTPS

TrueClient

SAP GUI

Azure-based applications/APIs

• Prepare detailed performance reports including:

• Test results

• Bottleneck analysis

• Recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps) to resolve performance issues.

• Support performance testing integration into

CI/CD pipelines

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

2–4 years of experience in Performance Testing

• Strong hands-on experience in

Apache JMeter (mandatory)

• Experience with at least:

LoadRunner

or

NeoLoad

• Experience with

monitoring and APM tools

like:

• Grafana

• AppDynamics

• Experience in

ERP systems

such as:

• SAP

• Oracle

• Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of performance testing types:

• Load testing

• Stress testing

• Endurance testing

• Hands-on experience with scripting protocols:

• HTTP/HTTPS

• TrueClient

• SAP GUI

• Azure / Web/API services

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of

CI/CD integration

with performance testing tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Basic scripting/programming skills (Java, JavaScript, or Groovy preferred for JMeter)

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)

• Understanding of system architecture, networking, and databases
