# Executive Content & Social Media Manager ## Company Overview *Company overview information is not specified.* ## Job Summary The Executive Content & Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and managing a consistent, high-quality executive content engine for Dr. Renita Rajan across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role focuses on excellent execution, coordination, and content operations to enhance Dr. Rajan's brand presence. ## Responsibilities - **Instagram Content Management** - Execute the approved content calendar for Dr. Renita's Instagram page. - Coordinate content production from concept through publishing. - Publish content according to schedule, monitoring performance and maintaining consistency. - **LinkedIn Content Distribution** - Publish and distribute approved content on Dr. Renita's LinkedIn profile. - Adapt content as needed while maintaining a consistent voice and messaging. - **YouTube Content Management** - Coordinate the creation and publishing of both long-form and short-form YouTube content. - Manage uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists to ensure timely execution. - **Copywriting** - Write and edit captions, headlines, hooks, video descriptions, and supporting copy across all platforms. - Ensure all communication reflects Dr. Renita's evidence-based, educational, and professional brand voice. - **Content Library Management** - Maintain a structured digital repository of all content assets, ensuring easy retrieval and repurposing. - Organize assets and maintain version control and publishing records. - **Creative Project Management** - Coordinate with the executive designer for timely delivery of creative assets. - Track project timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks. ## Qualifications - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - **Skills**: - Excellent written English and copywriting skills. - Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working with designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams. - Ability to interpret basic content analytics to improve performance. - Interest in science, healthcare, or educational content is desirable. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with content strategy and editorial planning. - Familiarity with tools for social media management and analytics. - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques. ## Experience - Previous experience in social media management or content creation is preferred. ## Environment - *Work setting and location information is not specified.* ## Salary - CTC range: ₹8 – 10 LPA. ## Growth Opportunities Following a successful performance review at the end of the first three months, the role will expand to include strategic responsibilities such as contributing to content strategy, identifying new content opportunities, and analyzing performance for optimization. ## Benefits - *Benefits information is not specified.*
