Strategic
Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting
Operational
Execution of tasks vis-à-vis schedule
Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
Monitor in-process quality of various tasks and escalate issues as necessary
Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
Test materials, such as cement, concrete, steel, door frames etc, as per IS/ BS codes, as relevant
Receive, inspect and issue materials (cement and steel) at site with necessary documentation such as GR Notes and Material Issue Notes
Assist site accountant in material accounting
Developmental
- Keep abreast of developments in the area
