Scale your existing life insurance practice with proven support, flexibility and access to new customers. We’re looking for professionals with a growing practice who want to leverage the Allstate brand and resources to expand in your community.

Your Practice.

As an Allstate Exclusive Life Specialist, you’ll build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate. Your partnership with Allstate Agency owners will drive new business in your local community and create additional opportunities for growth.

Your Support Team.

We support our Exclusive Life Specialists nationwide with a variety of life insurance product offerings and continued education designed to help you succeed. Life Specialists can share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads through these partnerships, as well as additional and other lead sources.

A typical agency office has life specialist who meets with customers face-to-face, supported by a team of licensed professionals who help deepen relationships with customers and generate leads.

Job Description

Are You a Fit? We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial drive and a strong track record of customer-facing success. You’ll also need to have:

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience

• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses

• A strong mix of life protection sales experience

• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred

• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
