Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Fooda is currently recruiting for a full time Event Coordinator in our Port Washington, WI market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Critical hours are over lunch we have 2 positions available Monday - Friday (10 am – 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need

• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 5 - 25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
