• Job Requirements: This position will provide technical and functional leadership and support for the Banner Suite inclusive of Human Resources, Financial Aid, Finance, and/or Student modules plus other third-party higher education systems to ensure information technology processes align with the business objectives.
• **The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of business processes and practices related to academic policies and procedures, and he/she should be capable of providing quality end-user consultation and support in business process improvements and operational inefficiencies.
