We are looking for Engineering Manager to join the FACTS Solution Line team. The position will be based in Noida, India with remote working flexibility. You will be working on cutting edge technology and varied international high-profile projects. In this position, you will be reporting to FACTS Engineering Leader India and it can be considered a top priority position to lead a critical engineering discipline in FACTS business
In this position, you will lead the global expert organization for System Design of grid integration of high power (> 100MVAr) reactive power compensators, namely STATCOM (static synchronous compensator) and SVC (static var compensator). Your main task is people and engineering leadership, and together with your team you will be accountable for successful engineering delivery according to highly demanding customer specifications. You get to see the full engineering workflow from Tender evaluations and bid preparation, to projects’ detail design, and finally commissioning of the compensator at the actual site.
