YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the end-to-end success of our Salesforce platform domain, from architecture and design through deployment at global scale
• You set the technical direction for major SFDC initiatives, reviewing platform architecture and ensuring your team ships with both quality and speed
• You lead, grow, and retain a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, setting clear goals, removing blockers, and actively investing in each person's development
• You drive tight collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Business, translating commercial needs into scalable technical solutions
• You champion AI-assisted development and automation-first thinking across your team's daily workflows
• You manage senior stakeholder expectations and navigate complex technical and commercial trade-offs with clarity and confidence

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience

You bring 13+ years in software engineering and at least 2 years leading mid-to-large engineering teams

Salesforce Expertise

You have deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies such as JavaScript and Web Components

AI & Automation

You actively use AI tools such as Agentforce, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate delivery, and you set the same expectation for your team

Ways of Working

You are fluent in Agile and Scrum, and you know how to make distributed, cross-functional teams work well together

Communication

You communicate with precision aligning engineers, influencing business leaders, and writing technical decisions that stick
