Role

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid Role role based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Global Director, Employee Relations in the People and Culture department. In this role you will plan, develop, implement and promote activities and programs that enhance overall employee engagement, communication and employee relations while overseeing the compliance of company employment policies and practices with relevant employment regulations.You will also be supporting the foundational scale of our global cloud security leadership, you will advise leadership, resolve complex workplace matters, and promote an equitable workplace culture across the region.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Provide expert advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive concerns across multiple regions, including India
• Lead, investigate, and conduct formal reviews and report outs regarding claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace concerns and other issues to reach conclusion and present findings for further action and proposed remediation
• Maintain an organized case management system while running analytics, producing dashboards, and interpreting data to offer actionable recommendations on global employee relations trends
• Develop and implement programs and training to enhance managerial capabilities, foster a positive workplace culture, and mitigate risk across diverse, international teams
• Partner with HR leaders, business managers, and global stakeholders to establish best practices that balance compliance, equity, and business needs

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
• 8+ years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Employee Relations, including supporting global or regional teams across multiple countries
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and international labor and employment laws and regulations, with a specific emphasis on compliance in the APAC region
• Demonstrated success developing and executing employee relations programs that have a measurable impact on outcomes across global teams

• Previous experience in the tech industry or similar fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to analyze data metrics to drive organizational decision-making and provide region-specific insights
• Proficiency in navigating employee relations dynamics in multiple countries within the region
