Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Consultant to support the design, analysis, and implementation of solutions related to power distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in electrical engineering, a solid understanding of power distribution circuits and workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and software development teams. This role requires active involvement in requirement analysis, client interactions, solution validation, and workflow testing to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze power distribution circuits, electrical systems, and associated workflows. Gather, review, and interpret project

requirements

from clients and internal stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for electrical engineering-related aspects of projects. Coordinate with development teams to translate business and technical

requirements

into effective solutions. Collaborate closely with clients throughout project execution, including requirement clarification, reviews, and feedback sessions. Validate implemented solutions against project

requirements

and industry standards. Perform testing and verification of workflows and system functionality. Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support successful project delivery. Prepare and review technical documentation as needed.

Requirements

Must have Bachelor’s Degree (BE) or Postgraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed full-time institute. 8+ years of industry

experience

in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related domain. Strong understanding of power distribution circuits and electrical system workflows. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical circuit diagrams/schematics. Hands-on familiarity with ECAD applications, preferably Zuken. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with

experience

interacting directly with clients. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and software development teams. Good to Have Familiarity with CAD applications. Exposure to software development projects.

Experience

working with power distribution devices and related technologies. Understanding of digital engineering workflows and system integration concepts. Preferred Competencies Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
