Program & Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent learning projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery risks and dependencies.

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for client stakeholders.

• Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, and delivery updates.

• Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication.

• Handle project escalations and drive resolution with relevant teams.

• Role Overview

• The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise learning programs across a portfolio of clients. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations while serving as the primary coordination point between clients and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Working closely with Program Directors, Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, PMO, and client stakeholders, the Project Manager drives operational excellence, mitigates delivery risks, and ensures a seamless learner experience across instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.

• Key Responsibilities

• External Vendors

Ensure clear ownership, collaboration, and timely execution across teams.

Resource Planning & Execution

• Plan resource allocation based on project timelines.

• Track utilization and capacity across delivery teams.

• Coordinate onboarding and ramp-down of project resources.

• Ensure timely availability of SMEs, trainers, and delivery teams.

Delivery Governance

• Monitor project health using delivery KPIs.

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, trackers, and dashboards.

• Conduct regular project reviews and health checks.

• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Track project budgets, effort utilization, Gross Margins and commercial commitments.

• Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.

• Support invoicing, forecasting, and change requests.

• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and SOWs.

Quality & Learning Delivery

• Ensure readiness of all learning assets before launch.

• Monitor quality of content, delivery, and learner experience.

• Review learner feedback and drive continuous improvements.

• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and quality processes.

Vendor & Trainer Management

• Coordinate with external SMEs, trainers, and partners.

• Track trainer readiness and delivery quality.

• Ensure compliance with delivery standards and schedules.

Reporting & Governance

Prepare and present:

• Weekly project status reports

• Executive dashboards

• Resource utilization reports

• Financial trackers

• Risk and issue logs

• Delivery metrics

• Client governance updates

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3–4 years in EdTech, Learning & Development, Consulting, or Digital Learning.

• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise learning programs simultaneously.

• Experience working with global clients and distributed onsite/offshore teams.

• Strong understanding of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning delivery.
