The Role

We're looking for an exceptionally capable Executive Assistant / Operations Associate to
become a force multiplier for our founder.
This isn't a traditional EA role.

One day you might be coordinating international travel and researching the best neighborhood
to stay in for a customer visit. The next, you could be sourcing catering for a private industry
event, preparing customer documents, managing outreach campaigns, or helping streamline
internal operations.

You'll work across both professional and personal logistics, helping eliminate operational
bottlenecks so leadership can stay focused on building the company.

leveraging AI tools to move faster than everyone else, you'll love this role.### What You'll Be Doing

Executive Support

• Manage complex international travel, flights, accommodation, and logistics
• Research optimal locations for business trips based on customer meetings and
  schedules
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
• Handle administrative tasks and founder support requests

Operations

• Research vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Source and negotiate with meal prep providers, event vendors, and operational partners
• Coordinate company events, dinners, and networking activities
• Create, edit, and manage business documents using existing templates
• Support internal operational projects and process improvements

Sales & Outreach Support

• Assist with LinkedIn outreach and account-based prospecting
• Conduct company and market research
• Help maintain prospect and customer information
• Support event attendee coordination and follow-up

Research & Problem Solving

• Compare options and provide recommendations across a wide variety of business and
  personal tasks
• Conduct deep research and present concise findings
• Solve ambiguous operational challenges with minimal direction
• Proactively identify improvements and opportunities### What We're Looking For

Essential

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Chief of
  Staff, or similar role
• Exceptional written English communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

AI-Native Mindset (Required)

You must be an enthusiastic user of modern AI tools.
We're looking for someone who already uses tools such as:

• Claude
• ChatGPT
• Codex
• Cursor
• AI agents and workflow automation tools

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable working alongside AI
systems and using them daily to increase productivity.
