Role Summary: To manage assigned domestic tour leads efficiently, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure high customer satisfaction through accurate information, coordination, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound domestic tour inquiries (B2C). Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, hotels) to deliver seamless tour experiences. Maintain accurate customer data and updates in CRM/MIS systems. Collect customer feedback post-trip and encourage reviews/testimonials. Achieve individual sales and conversion targets. Follow standard operating procedures and service quality guidelines. Qualification Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related discipline Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage 0–2 years of
experience
in domestic travel sales or operations Freshers with relevant travel/tourism
education
