Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP transformation programs across global supply chain organizations.
• Define SAP IBP strategy, roadmap, target operating model, and transformation architecture.
• Own solution design across Demand, Supply, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
• Drive end-to-end SAP IBP architecture and governance, ensuring scalable and standardized solutions.
• Bridge C-suite business strategy with hands-on SAP solution architecture and delivery.
• Advise CIOs, COOs, CSCOs, and senior supply chain leaders on planning transformation and SAP IBP adoption.
• Lead business workshops, requirement gathering, current-state/future-state assessments, and process harmonization.
• Oversee integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BTP/Integration Suite, and non-SAP systems.
• Provide architectural oversight for planning models, master data, key figures, planning areas, forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Lead geographically distributed teams of SAP IBP architects, consultants, technical teams, and business SMEs.
• Ensure delivery excellence across design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive measurable supply chain outcomes including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory reduction, working-capital optimization, and planning-cycle improvements.
• Lead SAP IBP pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, client presentations, and discovery workshops.
• Support account growth through SAP IBP solution expansion, cross-selling, and strategic client relationships.
• Develop SAP IBP accelerators, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and best practices.
• Build and mentor SAP IBP consulting and architecture capabilities.
• Stay current with SAP IBP innovations, AI/ML forecasting, advanced planning, analytics, and digital supply chain trends.

Key Requirements

• 15–18 years of overall SAP Supply Chain experience.
• 4–5+ years of leadership experience managing SAP IBP transformation programs.
• Strong expertise across:
  • SAP IBP Demand
  • SAP IBP Supply
  • SAP IBP Response & Supply
  • SAP IBP Inventory Optimization
  • SAP IBP S&OP
• Proven experience in large-scale/global SAP IBP implementations and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP architecture, planning areas, key figures, master data, planning operators, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Strong SAP integration experience with S/4HANA/ECC, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and SAP Integration Suite/BTP.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture and solution governance.
• Strong C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI, proposal development, solutioning, and business development.
• Experience managing large, multi-country and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to translate business strategy into SAP IBP solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and transformation outcomes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.
• SAP IBP/Supply Chain certification is preferred.
• Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, Chemicals, or High Tech is preferred.
