• Job Description:
• Division Leadership & Strategy - Lead and manage the division in alignment with group strategy.
• Define the roadmap for growth, delivery excellence, and profitability.
• Act as the primary bridge between India operations, the parent company in Germany, and customer stakeholders.
• Client Relationship Management. Build and nurture strong client relationships across Germany.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning operations.
• Represent the division in key client meetings, escalations, and strategic discussions.
• Oversee project governance, SLA adherence, and risk management.
• Establish efficient operating models, processes, and best practices across teams.
• Team Management & Development - Build, mentor, and lead a strong cross-functional team.
• Ensure continuous upskilling and professional development of team members.
