Aladdin Accounting is of the fastest-growing businesses within Aladdin and represents a significant strategic investment for BlackRock. The team builds and operates the technology platforms that power accurate, scalable, and efficient accounting across global operations. Our engineers develop business-critical application, data, reporting, and workflow systems while driving modernization through distributed architectures, advanced data platforms, and engineering innovation. Working closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Engineering partners, the team delivers capabilities that support BlackRock and the broader Aladdin client ecosystem.
As an Engineering Director, Application Engineering, you will serve as a senior technology leader responsible for shaping architecture, engineering strategy, and delivery across enterprise-scale platforms supporting global post-trade operations. You will connect long-term technology vision with pragmatic execution, influence critical technical decisions, and help develop the next generation of engineering leaders. This role combines deep technical expertise with organizational leadership, enabling you to drive modernization, improve platform resiliency, and deliver meaningful business outcomes at scale.
