# Direct Sales & Institutional Sales ## Company Overview *Company information is not specified.* ## Job Summary We are expanding our sales teams and looking for experienced professionals with strong relationship-management and client-handling capabilities to join our Direct Sales and Institutional Sales teams. Successful candidates will contribute to enhancing client relationships and driving revenue growth. ## Responsibilities ### Direct Sales Team - Manage and grow a premium client book by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions. - Handle High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra HNI) clients effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. - Leverage network exposure to Family Offices to enhance service offerings. ### Institutional Sales Team - Manage relationships with Institutional clients such as public, private, and cooperative banks, insurance companies, and multinational corporations. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to create and deliver customized solutions for institutional clients. - Utilize established institutional relationships to drive new business opportunities. ## Qualifications - 2–10 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in handling HNI/Ultra HNI or institutional clients. - Proven track record of successful relationship management and revenue generation. - Strong communication and negotiation skills necessary to thrive in this dynamic environment. - Ability to develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolios effectively. ## Preferred Skills - Exposure to Family Offices is highly preferred for both sales teams. - Established relationships within institutional clients will be seen as a strong advantage. ## Experience - Candidates should have 2–10 years of experience in relevant sales roles, with significant exposure to client management and relationship building. ## Environment - Positions available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad, with a focus on in-person client engagement. ## Salary *Salary information is not specified.* ## Growth Opportunities *Details on career advancement opportunities are not specified.* ## Benefits *Information on offered benefits is not specified.* Interested candidates please share their resume at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
