our responsibilities
- Create and maintain vendor, customer, employee, and financial master data records.
- Validate requests and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data quality checks and support compliance with internal controls.
- Monitor system interfaces and follow up on data discrepancies or processing issues.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Maintain operational trackers, support reporting activities, and monitor service performance.
- Contribute to process improvement and data governance initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Internship or experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Procurement Support, or Master Data Management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Exposure to ERP systems (FIN365, SAP, Ivalua & MIS365, or similar) is preferred.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
