ListMyRoom is a growing marketplace that helps people find rooms, roommates, and shared living spaces. We are currently expanding our marketplace and looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase our visibility, website traffic, listings, users, and leads.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and help build our organic growth from the ground up.

You will work closely with the developer team to improve our website's visibility, attract new users and property listings, create engaging content, and generate leads.

Your responsibilities will include SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, website analytics, and lead generation

• Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Identify high-impact growth opportunities and optimize the marketing funnel (awareness → conversion)
• Lead SEO, SEM, and SMO initiatives to improve organic and performance
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Define and track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Oversee content strategy, including social media, blogs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
• Create and manage engaging written content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
• Perform content writing and copywriting to improve brand communication and audience engagement
• Create, edit, and optimize marketing videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
• Perform image editing and creative design work for digital campaigns, social media posts, banners, and branding materials
• Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and performance optimization
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to implement marketing initiatives
• Build and optimize marketing funnels, including lead generation and nurturing strategies
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
