Digital Engineer

We are seeking a

Digital Engineer

with strong experience in

JavaScript, React

, and

Java with Spring Framework

. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of frontend and backend technologies, experience in developing scalable web applications, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Technical Skills

Front-End

• Strong experience in

JavaScript (ES5 & ES6)

.

• Proficiency in

React.js

with state management using

Redux

or

React Context

.

• Solid understanding of

HTML5, CSS3

, and frameworks like

Bootstrap

; experience with

LESS/SASS

.

• Familiarity with JS libraries such as

jQuery

and

underscore

.

• Knowledge of build tools like

Webpack, Grunt, Gulp

.

• Experience writing unit tests using

JEST, Mocha, or Jasmine

.

Back-End

• Strong experience in

Java

and

Spring MVC

for developing REST services.

• Hands-on with

Spring JDBC

or plain JDBC for SQL queries and PL/SQL execution.

• Familiarity with consuming and exposing web services (SOAP/REST) using

Spring

or

Apache HTTP

.

• Understanding of

JEE web components

(filters, servlets, HTTP GET/POST handling).

• Good knowledge of

Java 8 core concepts

– collections, OOP principles.

• Basic understanding of

JSON binding (Jackson)

and

XML parsing (JAXB)

.

Role and Responsibilities

• Main role of Digital Engineer is with Coding and building an application towards simple, elegant and effective user experience that matches the expectation of the end user.
• Those starts with Understanding the requirement and getting start for the need of project.
• Analyze code for change requests, identify impacts and challenges
• Discussions will follow with the Leads and be clear of all the Clarifications you have in the Project before starting the implementation.
• Customer Journey is a totally cognitive and overall experience a customer can have with a service, a physical or digital product during all stages. You need to have thoughts of improving and          optimizing the services for a better experience of Customers.
• Components to undergo Testing with multiple devices with process.
• Perform UnitTesting, PeerTesting and defects fixes. Plan like higher priority defects are resolved first and lower priority defects are fixed at the end.
• Knowledge in Version control for creating Branch and do Code merge by clearing the conflicts. Build and Deploy Module to Environments.

• Experience in entire software development lifecycle - to analyze the requirement, design, test and develop software in order to meet the needs.
• Hands-on in Technical skills, and flexible to work in various technology projects.
• Good in Design and Web Development & Object-oriented programming.
• Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies
• A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
• Writing Test Cases and Code to be with Zero bugs. Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns.
