Responsible for intensive reviews of GFC drawings & cost optimization
Responsible for ensuring green building related aspects as per design are incorporated during construction
Proactive identification of MEP related issues & implementation of remedial / corrective actions on matters affecting the progress & quality of the project
Oversee preparation & record of drawing schedule, technical submittal schedule & material track log
Implementation of project procedures related to execution, installation/ testing, pre-commissioning/ commissioning & quality control activities
Ensure implementation of MEP building service as per contract conditions & local authority norms
Timely resolution of MEP related RFIs raised
Coordinate with Contracts team for on time award of MEP contracts
Provide technical support for managing MEP related statutory approvals of projects
Record the changes made in approved drawings & incorporate the same in the final as-built drawings
Provide technical support for certification of final account bills & deviations of contracts
Responsible for implementing MEP related innovations to minimise the maintenance cost in the projects
Developmental
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors
Remain updated on latest trends and developments in the area
